DON’t park here. Unclear signage. It is a very easy place to pick up a parking fine.

Despite paying for parking i received tickets on two separate occasions. It's shame because the spaces are good. Pay by card to have proof of purchase for an appeal or avoid! I successfully appealed both times.

It's a safe and secure place to park. I've never had issues parking here. The reason for 4 stars is because of the cleanliness. I blame the customers. Loads of people treat it as a public toilet where they can have a wee this which stinks out the place especially c and B level.

Be very careful with this car park. A very long story, but I had a car parking ticket from NCP Craswell Street Portsmouth. I was away out of the country when it arrived, so I didn't know that I had it and by the time I arrived home, I was being chased by their law firm BW Legal (who are extremely aggressive in their approach). Despite sending numerous copies of my bank statement and even getting a receipt from the NCP car park website (!!) that proved I had paid (make sure you do this by the way)- the legal letters didn't stop coming. Despite sending both my bank statement and my proof of payment that was issued by NCP themselves - to both NCP and BW Legal proving that I HAD paid it, both NCP and BW Legal ignored the proof and persisted and persisted until I ended up with a CCJ. I also wrote to the court to provide all of the proof, but as I was out of the country when the PCN arrived, the courts initially didn't do anything. So I started to research for a law firm and found John Abraham at Lawyers4U. Thank goodness I did. John was extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning. I gave him all of the evidence before he decided if we had a case - we did of course. But he researched it thoroughly before I paid the £299 on the 24th May 22. By the 8th June, I had received a letter from the court stating my CCJ had been set aside as I had paid it. It took a few weeks, which is normal, for it to be removed from my credit files. In the meantime NCP have written to say they can see I did pay it, but I paid the wrong car park. This is simply unbelievable and another lie. I am now looking into taking this further.

Firstly the car parks was not the issue on my visit, pretty empty and clean and presentable which is what helped with the stars not being 1 or less. Now what spoilt the day (which was my daughter graduation day) was the NexusPay app I downloaded when I arrived at the facility. I paid for 3 hours hoping I could extend if needed, when I checked my phone just before the 3 hours expired it wouldn't open plus never received any text/email or even a call notification that time was nearly up which the other companies provide. I tried for a few minutes to no avail so walked back to the car park (12 minute walk) only to find the only option was pay on exit, this meaning I needed to pay for the 3 hours I had already purchased. My advice is pay for as much time as possible if you don't have a guaranteed leave time and don't rely on the app to assist you when you need to extend your stay. I also tried to contact Nexus when I returned to extend only to be told to email them with your issue. Lets hope I get my £3 refund...

Couldn't use the NCP at this parking facility. I gathered Google is out of date OR portsmouth city just needs you to download a 5th parking app 😑. I got a bit lost on the way back as the ticket machines I could find were by tesco stairs, where as I came in on the complete opposite side of the building, started to panic when I couldn't find me car. Otherwise clean, not very busy and affordable
