Good car park close to key areas like deans gate and a close walk to Manchester Central. Plenty of spaces available. Hourly rates are high but this is the norm in city centre parking.

Parked my car there at the recommendation of the hotel as never been there before. Parked up Saturday afternoon returned Sunday morning to find a rock through my rear window and items taken. One member of staff happened to be passing and said NCP are short staffed and there had been a string of break ins over the last few weeks. No extra measures had been put in to prevent further crimes happening and CCTV not covering the bays but 3 cameras making sure they get your reg coming in. Will never use ever agine. Only given one star to post this.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK!! Left overnight between 3pm on a Saturday and we returned to the car 10.30am Sunday morning and our back window has been smashed and belongings taken. I know its left at owner's risk but it had happened to another couple the same time. The attendant that was walking around the car park said there was no way of accessing the CCTV unless the police asked for it and the police have said there was too much serious crime going on for them to investigate.

Don't park here if you don't want your car to be BROKEN down and to have your items STOLEN from it, the worst experience which i could have as there is no one to protect your car or your items. i will not do the same mistake again and to leave my car there. I have asked NCP to give me a compensation for the damages crated on the car but so far i haven't received any straight answer, they are just walking around cycles.
