Not fit for purpose - even less use if disabled! Arrive at this car park during a quiet period and perhaps you would just think that the spaces are a bit small for modern vehicles and the visibility when going up/down ramps is not great. Arrive for an event event nearby when other customers are trying to leave the car park at the end of a day of shopping and you will experience CARNAGE! There is not enough room for cars to enter and leave each level at the same time. Once a few cars are trying to get in and out at the same time you will spend 20-30 minutes constantly reversing into tiny spaces to try and make room to clear the bottlenecks. When you do eventually make it to a level with spaces available you will discover that the lifts don't work so if you are using a wheelchair you will have to take your life in your hands and travel down the same ramps that cars are still fighting to get up/down in order to leave the car park. If you have any other option when parking in the area, use it!

Scammers. Charged me 5 times for one visit and refused to refund me without providing BANK STATEMENTS?! This is after saying my refund was processed and would be with me in 2 weeks, that was January. Also changed the early bird time to 30 mins earlier without warming anyone so people got charged £28 a bday instead of the usual £5.95. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy, park elsewhere

I would give it no stars at all if it was possible. Absolutely awful car park, the worst I have EVER used. The parking spaces are too narrow and we could not find a way out of the car park along with many other people. The ticket machine outside was horrendous there is a queue of people and nobody could fathom out how to use it I scanned the QR code as requested and is instructed me to ' tap for ticket' which I did. It gave me no options time wise and gave me a 1 hour ticket. In the end I drove back out and parked in The Mailbox car park which was brilliant.

Do not use this car park. Very tight to park and manoeuvre. Also took 45 minutes to get out of car park by which time the ticket had run out we had already paid £17+ and they wanted us to pay for another hour. What a joke.

We are here on the 18th December. This car park is terrible. It is busy but there is no traffic management at all. Narrow lanes mean the cars queuing to get in are blocking the cars trying to get out. We have been stuck for a considerable time and are hearing that by the time you get to the exit your ticket payment has expired. Don't come here at busy times - very poor experience
