This place is a rip off for car parking. Shame Birmingham City Council are getting rid of all their car parks. The council car parks are very cheap and good value if you have the Ringo Ap.

Non existent customer service and huge delays on a daily basis. There is one way in and one way out. Their app breaks daily and you’ll be sat in a queue for 45 minutes to get out. Don’t even chance it, park elsewhere. I recently tried to enter the car park using my QR code on the app and was refused entry and told that my card wasn’t registered. I parked elsewhere, then next time I tried to enter I was told I still had a session valid and was charged the maximum fee. Absolute robbers.

Horrid, narrow spaces, dark and horrendously expensive - only went because of bus strikes. Never again. Parked outside of town and walked in, less scary than those stairs.
