Very dissapointing, collected my car 25 minutes ago and it has 2 large scratches going down the side of the car. I have been told because I left the car park nothing can be done! I have been told they would have taken pictures when I brought the car in but nobody took any pictures. Now I have been fobbed off to ring again tomorrow so someone can show me the pictures they took. Word or warning, cannot be trusted, check your car thoroughly before and after you leave the car park.

Was very dubious about using NCP Valet Parking when I first saw the star rating. Until I read the reviews that was. Many are just not appropriate to this thread and drag the rating down. Drop off area & charges, Maple Parking, et al?? Nothing whatsoever to do with NCP Valet Parking. So chanced it, booked and had a great experience. Handover on arrival was excellent and was told no need to phone on return. Car would be parked up ready for me. It was. And intact! Great staff, very helpful. Maybe I was just lucky but would recommend anyway. Don't be put off by the numpty reviews!!!
