I went to the Perry Barr branch today with my mother who has mobility issues. A lovely man called Bobby dealt with us. He was courteous ,polite, informative and helpful. The service was so good that we purchased 6 dining room chairs. I cannot recommend this store and Bobby enough. I shall be recommending to family and friends.

This place used to have a wide range of things including flooring, beds, etc but now there is not a lot of range and too many x stock sofas cluttering the floor. Be prepared to be constantly followed by a staff member trying to sell you something even if you tell them you are just looking. I understand trying to get a sale but this approach is a bit aggressive.
