I spent nearly £6000 in their Leeds store bought 3 sofas - coffee table & St Tropez bed. However when I assembled the bed it was faulty. The base of the bed does not sit in the frame making the bed slanted on 1 side. I got in touch with their head office number of times. I have provided them all the pictures they asked for however NO ONE seems to care to come back to me with any solution. I am stuck with faulty bed (£900) and have been sleeping on my mattress in my new house from weeks…….Please avoid this compnay they seems to don’t care about their customers. As soon as they take your money they don’t care if you in counter any issues. I don’t understand if the product you bought is not to it’s standard why would you not rectify it as soon as. This shows this compnay don’t care about their customer……Please AVOID them

Worst company ever should be closed down !! can’t believe how they are still allowed to have any of the stores open ! do not buy from them check the fb nCF group with hundreds of customers trying to get their issues solved no calls are answered all via email worming way out of rectifying any issues ! I promise you will be very disappointed if you purchase from them my sofa arrived damaged and they are claiming it has nothing to do with them no call backs nothing AVOID !
