Sadly Nicole did not turn up to my mums appointment & did not phone to let us know she was not able to come. My mum is severely disabled with Parkinson's & has Parkinson's dementia, it took 2 carers to shower her that morning in preparation for her hair cut, she was exhausted after this & had to rest, my dad woke her for her hair appt but Nicole did not turn up. In the days that followed there was no contact or apology. My mum & dad were very upset. Consequently we will not be asking her to cut my mums hair again.
