First class service from a first class company. We had some pretty complicated issues due to us not realising we needed to carry out annual maintenance on our pool and cover. Long story short Neil got to the root cause of the problems and got us up and running and upgraded at the same time. He is extremely diligent and even in the craziest summer periods is always on hand to get things working. I asked Neil to review our pool heating system and general condition as it had not been used for awhile and this is the first time I’ve ever owned a pool. Neil came up with several ideas to improve the layout and performance of our heating system and also helped me to recondition the pool for swimming this year, this was no mean feat as the condition of the pool before his arrival was pretty dire!
