Absolutely disgraceful customer service. From the moment I walked through the door last night. Had a very tall man shout in my face 'I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to her ' He was referring to my daughter who had a tickly throat as he asked her if she had a booking. She couldn't reply as was coughing and he shouted ' Shall I speak in English or another language. If it wasn't for meeting my sister who was already seated, I would of walked out. Got given the bill after finished eating the mains not asked if would like more drinks or desserts. Avoid at all costs.
