BCC is a BPA member yet this car park does not follow BPA guidance: they do not have a sign at the entrance with terms and conditions. They have not made the internal sign (with T&Cs and charges) easy to see - hiding it behind a parking space!

Ideal place to park if working in or around the New Street station area. The car park is under the flyover ( A38 ) so does give you Some level of cover if the weather isn't very nice. The car park could do with a refurb ( painted bays and walls ) to give it a refreshed and more welcome look about it. Plenty of spaces at 7am even on a week day, but car park does get filled quickly with the builders working in the area. Car park open every day for 24 hours inc Christmas Day. But is charged daily unless your a disabled driver. No cash sadly. Payment is using the phone number. Used the number twice now and all done smoothly. After first time the automated system remembers your details ( if you allow it ) and phone number so already knows your reg Mark. Parking fees are reasonable considering where you are, try getting the same deal in London or Manchester?! Some space given over to electric vehicles with charging points. I didn't see any CCTV but the area is busy all day long, however keep your valuables hidden as you never know.
