Pleasant premises with helpful staff. Karen was very patient and happy to go out of her way to help me resolve an application issue. Just a pity the bank's systems lets them down - loses a star as a consequence, but that's not the fault of the staff!

Went into the bank on a Saturday. All desks closed off. Information desk is for non money related. Waited for someone to come over. Was told desks are only open Monday to Friday. So if you work during the week it is tough. What an appalling service

Staff Mrs Claire Knight was so knowledgeable & efficient in her service to resolve a complex matter. She was able & compassionate, and troubleshoot my case. While I was given wrong info by NatWest phone advice by TECH team. This is why Androids & Online will never & can never replace the Human touch, in that not all cases are the same. And human ability to solve real issues comes from experience. Today has been a day, my faith for humanity been restored.
