We recently visited Natuzzi Trafford Centre, and I have to say, we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist us. We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with the store manager Jacob who gave us some great advice on colour matching and design. We will simply buy again from Natuzzi because of him. I've referred him to my friends. The store itself was beautifully designed and laid out, with a wide variety of furniture styles and options to choose from. One thing that really stood out to us was the quality of the furniture on offer. Everything we looked at was well-made and crafted from high-quality materials. We highly recommend Natuzzi. Absolutely horrible experience here. Jacob is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. When I walked in with my daughter Jacob and another member of staff didn’t look impressed at all.. he then made an insult about her which was really uncalled for! Something about touching the furniture! Really poor customer service! It’s a shame Natuzzi is hiring such staff!No wonder this store is always empty! Signs point to a closure soon.

Not a family friendly store. I visited the store with my children who were just sitting on a sofa while I and my wife were trying to find a suitable 3 and 2 seater sofas. A member of staff came to me saying we have a CCTV camera so make sure children do not touch any show pieces as they are over 1k. Given the fact that the store didn’t display a sign that children must be supervised. In fact my children were just sitting on a sofa because I told them that we are looking to purchase a sofa. I found this absolutely rude, insulting and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.
