I bought these panels for the lounge area in my kitchen. I wanted to achieve a clean look but also provide some acoustic balancing to the area as we have a lot of echo. I had a few delivery issues, but the Naturewall team were great at resolving them. The panels are really good, do exactly what we want them to and provide great sound dampening. I'm very happy with the product, the process and the aftercare. My walls are 3m tall, and I managed to get some really great black LED strips in them too. I had 1 panel left over so stuck them on my BBQ doors. Not sure how well they'll fare outdoors, fingers crossed! Eitherway, I think they look great. Naturewall team, create an outdoor version for me please! 5/5

Jane from the customer care team was amazing. My order failed to get delivered by Tuffnells the courier company and Jane rearranged, but they failed to deliver again, Jane kept be updated on a regular basis to say she was chasing them and would get my order to me, we agreed a new date for delivery and Jane kept me updated through out the day and told me when I roughly can expect the delivery on the day, as Tuffnells dont give you a time slot, sure enough they delivered around the time Jane said. 10/10 for Jane, but 0/10 for Tuffnells. Will post another review with pictures once I install the individual slats.

Nice product, beware of the short returns window. I bought the waterproof slats for a new bathroom. I over ordered to be sure the builder had enough. I had one pack left and the company refuses to take it back, as its over the 14 day window. It's a shame it's left a bitter taste, after I had thought well of the company.
