Went today to have a look as it was advised by family and a hour and half drive later I walked out with real nice corals and beautiful fishes !!! And also pre ordered my fav fish. Owner is real helpful and friendly would definitely recommend to anyone!!!! Will visit again soon to pick up my new fish and hopefully more corals!!!! 😀

From the moment we stepped into Natureopolis Aquatics, we were welcomed by the owner, Darren, who went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge in the field made our visit both enjoyable and informative. Darren even invited us to an Easter event he was hosting at the shop the following week, which we were excited to attend. The cleanliness of Natureopolis Aquatics and the well-being of the livestock were evident throughout our visit. Every tank was spotless, and the fish were active and healthy. The shop’s family-friendly atmosphere extended beyond its human visitors, as our puppy Roxi was not only welcomed but also provided with a water bowl and a special dog treat. Purchased an Ehiem Thermo Filter on the 28/01/2023 , would not heat my aquarium to the set temperature, Darren the owner then stated the set temperature has to be within 7c of ambient room temperature, so to get it to 32c for my Discus would need to run room at 25 c which is totally unacceptable, who has living area at such a high temperature. Shop is refusing to refund or replace even although with 30 days of collecting. Ehiem does not state in instructions, box or web site of this performance stipulation . Having spoken with trading standards they have suggested I contact my credit card company for a refund . The shop have been asking me to contact Ehiem , my contract of sale is with the retailer not the manufacturer, the shop are “ passing the buck “ hence me having to post this negative review .Its a shame small independent retailers are quick enough to take your money but unwilling to resolve issues namely refund or exchange as the unit is “ not fit for purpose “
