I've had two consultations with Lucy and already she has gotten to the bottom of severe headaches I've had for 2 years (where GP, consultants, other alternative therapies and osteopaths have not) - it is truly liberating to know the cause for sure, gain control and get relief finally along with sensible explanations for other symptoms and ailments I've had. Lucy is compassionate, warm, a good listener and very good at drawing you out with kind questioning. Her level of discernment is rare. I have come away from both consultations feeling like I've had a therapy session - but with a kind friend. Lucy offers a private, calm and professional space - you will feel safe, secure and relaxed during your visit. She gives a very comprehensive explanation of the results from the Asyra kit - this screening has proved very insightful and has made a lot of sense so far.

At first I had really high hopes working with Lucy. I’ve been struggling with acne for several years as well as anxiety, some of it being caused due to how much my skin has been impacting my life. I began a treatment which I was told would help balance and correct certain issues going on within my body. Lucy said she would check in on me throughout my treatment. This is when things started to break down. Communication started to fizzle. The first time I had to call her and the second time I didn’t hear from Lucy at all. Shortly after my skin erupted and it felt like I had taken 10,000 steps back. The day of my face to face appointment with Lucy my anxiety was through the roof so I took some time for myself. Now all of a sudden Lucy gets back in contact with me. I sent an email explaining what I had been going through and would like to reschedule and I got no response. I’m not working at the moment and this was not cheap, I feel like I’ve consoled in another health care professional and been let down again. I didn’t want to leave a negative review but I am tired of being given false hope from people.
