Excellent!! If I could give more stars I would!! I am extremely pleased with their work. They are a business run by two brothers and a small team that has been with the company for seven years. I contacted them and got a quote after a home visit very quickly. Having done exstensive research, their prices were very reasonable. There is a delightful young lady, Merisha, whom I dealt with from beginning to end which made things much easier for me to coordinate. Arben, one of the brothers,and his team, were very professional and did a great job of removing the old wooden flooring and laying the new one and matching new floorboards to the old ones and oil finishing, plus skirting. The result was excellent! The property was left clean and tidy, after having just been redecorated. I would not hesitate at all to use them again in the future.

Having searched extensively for the right floorboard we found expert help and advice less than half a mile away. We were given expert advice on choice of wood and even offered a bespoke service to provide boards which matched exactly our existing flooring. At a site visit Natural Wood Designs helped us accurately gauge the amount of wood we needed together with help selecting a chipboard base snd floor primer. The delivery was exactly on time snd when we needed extra stain fir a trim it was available quickly and without fuss. First class service, top quality wood and superb customer service.
