Delivery was spot on! I was kept up to date for the whole process, we're not the easiest place to find but we had no issues. The price is also amazing - it's no more than our local shop! We're having 100ltrs salt delivered for our water changes and RO, it couldn't be easier! We've done 2 water changes and our coral is already looking happier 😍 can't recommend enough!

Can’t fault the company as since day 1, customer services have been spot on with all my queries and quick response. Over the period, I’ve run into issues with my tanks where, for me, making RO water and mixing with salt and heat just would take too long and with the amount required, takes almost a day of the weekend. NSW came to the rescue since I know use to drop off 50 litres on a monthly bases to assist my downgraded 4 ft tank. I’m glad to say my ICP testing has come back with better results compared to me making my own salt water. If making own salt water is too much or a burden, consider having filtered NSW drop off to you instead.

I ordered my initial fill of 400lt from this company. Christina was the young lady that helped me through the process. She is very knowledgeable, very kind and polite. She responded to all my emails very quickly to my surprise. The water was delivered on time and filled my tank within minutes. Being new to saltwater aquariums i thought this would be the best option. It has been seven days now and my tank is fully cycled. Amazing. I have set up a direct debit to receive 100lt every month for my water changes. Big thank to you Christina. You have made this so easy and enjoyable for me.
