I had been here before and it was an ok experience, however this time was different. On 24th Jan I booked a 4 hand massage and when the girls walked into the room, they were wearing their coats. I asked if they were cold and they said yes. The massage itself was ok, but I was starting to feel cold myself, one of the girls adjusted the heater in the corner of the room, but it wasn't making any difference. I didn't want to make a fuss, but I really wasn't enjoying the experience, despite further adjustments to the heater. I've been to other places and it's been like walking into a warm, tropical paradise....not this place. The whole place smelled musty, as if it hadn't been warm for some time. Hoped it would be better in the treatment room, alas it wasn't.

I have been visiting natural remedy centre for over 2 years nearly weekly. Always a great deep tissue massage. Today a lady in red dress that I’ve never seen before was proving the services. From 1 to 10 they were 2. She did not provide any deep tissue massage but a tonne of oil and that’s it. Stopped to check the phone, left the room to check reception … without any explanation. 15 minutes before the end of my time she asked me to leave as she needs to clean the room. I could not believe it. 😖😖 I’ve told her that I’ve paid for 1 hour at was expected to receive a 1 hour massage. Then she got upset that she had nothing to eat today and in 15 minutes a new clis coming. I’ve told her that this is the worst ever service for the lady 2 years and will never return. Such a shame as was a good place

I have booked an appointment and 10’ before my appointment when I had already arrived asked me to come later. I entered the store and I explained to them that I can not as I have my lunch break a specific time. They did not care, they did not even apologise and I just left. Worst costumer service ever. I do not even know how these businesses keep their clients.

Being my first time here they asked for cash straight away the moment walking through the door even though they were serving 2 customers at the time, shooed me into a room and closed the door with no instructions at all. A few seconds later a different lady came into the room and didn’t offer to turn around or leave while undressing. The massage was performed to the minute and felt very un-personal, the only word spoken was hello and finished.
