I went here a few weeks ago and got a beautiful acrylic set by a woman named Tiffany. I had no complaints, and Tiffany gave me her number to schedule future appointments. I made an appointment with her at 3:15pm today and when I arrived at Natural Nails I was told that no Tiffany worked there. I explained to them how I had gotten my nails done by her a few weeks ago (thinking they might have known her under a different name), but was spoken down to, laughed at, and made out as stupid and crazy by one of the ladies in the salon. I contacted Tiffany again and was told, “hi Megan, i’m Tiffany, last time I went there and intended to work at that nail shop, but there were some limitations so I no longer wanted to work there.” I was not informed that she no longer worked there and instead was treated terribly due to miscommunication within the business. I went to Natural Nails couple times for regular manicure and pedicure (last time without any nail polish as was in a rush). I was happy with the quality of service (pedicure in particular is done very thoroughly). Massage chair is always a great bonus :) I had better manicure and pedicure but would say that it’s a good quality especially considering the price.

The manager was so rude and condescending - talking at me with her hands. My manicure and pedicure came out just OKAY. I had to direct the girl who did my nails on how to properly shape them. It was a negative experience, and on my birthday I had to deal with this toxic energy. I had high expectations because of the reviews but it appears they pick and choose who they will provide a good service to. Do not recommend. Services: Manicure, Pedicure
