From the point of contact, the staff were very polite and accommodating in fitting me in at the last minute for my deteriorating hearing loss. Sam was very pleasant and clear with his instructions and he has a wonderful clinical manner, which put me at ease. The microsuction process to clear the blockage lasted less than 10 minutes, was completely pain free and provided immediate relief and hearing restoration! Thank you so much to you and your team.

Honestly couldn’t recommend a better place for your ear concerns! I was in a lot of discomfort due to a wax blockage in my left ear, Natural hearing were able to provide me with an appointment right away and sort my problem out within the hour! Sam was extremely informative, comforting and professional and was explaining the whole procedure along the way ensuring I was comfortable the whole time. The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly! What a great team! Thank you for sorting me out 🏽
