I spent £4500 in good faith for hair loss laser treatment. Lee Williams gave a guarantee that the treatment would work without fail. However, after undergoing the full treatment process there was no improvement at all. I have been more than patient and understanding but Lee has failed to come up with a solution, leaving me in a position where I asked for a full refund in order to pursue further treatment elsewhere. Lee has failed to refund me and I have been left with no alternative but to take further action to recover my money. A very bad and costly experience.
