Quite honestly. Sasha has changed my life! I came into this super scared and honestly not very confident that anything would change for me, but I was wrong. I am now more resilient, optimistic, happy and healthier than I have been for a very long time, and with the amazing support from Sasha and a lot of grit, I hope anyone reading this feels like they can achieve this too!

Working with Sasha has been one of the best decisions of my life. I feel so lucky to have found someone as caring, supportive and honest to help me on my journey towards healing my relationship with food and my body. During the time we worked together I gained so much insight about myself and also tools that I will be able to use for life. Most importantly my relationship with the myself, food and my body have improved significantly. I am forever grateful to her!

I used to be bulimic and binge eat, and when I wasn’t doing that, I restricted my food intake significantly. I have never felt happy with the way I look, and have forever had an unhealthy relationship with food. Little did I know that these all fed into each other so easily. From being bulimic, I then developed a medical condition called Achalasia where I wasn’t able to keep any food down. I lost a significant amount of weight. I needed surgery to help fix my condition, but was scared to come out the other side and put this weight back on. I am now over a month out of surgery having gained back HEALTHY weight and feeling absolutely fabulous. Sasha has made me fall in love with my body, helped me understand what intuitive eating actually is and taught me how to listen to and respect my body, and listen to its queues. She really is a mental miracle worker and I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone out there who is looking to be at peace and love their body, fix their relationship with food and understand how their issues came about in the first place, as she gives you all the tools you need to target and address this. With direct chat access from Monday-Friday, I felt there was constant support for me. Now, I’m part of a caring group of people who have all been through the same thing. Im now buying new clothes that fit my new body properly, and that actually repress my personality I couldn’t ask for more confidence and self-love.

I found Sasha and her wonderful website when I had reached an all time low with my eating disorder. I had previously been through other treatments and had not found one that worked for me. I felt lost and hopeless. I reached out to Sasha and instantly felt a connection to her and her service. Sasha’s programme was so personal and could be tailored to ensure that it worked for me. She held my hand through every struggle and win and no matter how isolating my eating disorder could be, she never left me feeling alone. Through working with her I learnt so many valuable tools to help me cope not only with my ED but also to carry through out life. Sasha helped me to see a life outside my eating disorder and made me believe that I could achieve all the things My ED made me think I never would. I couldn’t recommend Natural food therapy enough to those who are struggling with there relationship with food and feel at war with them selves! Thank you Sasha for creating such an incredible programme full of support and encouragement. It has been a life changing journey. X

I met Sasha in August 2020 when my eating disorder was at it’s worst. Eventually I got to a point where I could no longer hide that I was struggling, I felt helpless. When I started working with Sasha, I was in denial and reluctant to get help but with her kind, patient and gentle approach I began to open up and decided to give myself a chance at recovering. Sasha really took the time to get to know me as a person which made me feel safe and understood. After each session, I went away with new lifelong tools to help me which I have used every day since. Sasha has helped me heal my relationship with food, exercise and most importantly myself. I reconnected with who I am as a person, I learned to set boundaries and to live my life in a way that feels good and right for me. Recovery is an up and down journey but Sasha was there every step of the way, always going at my pace, supported me through the difficult days and cheered me on through the good days. Nearly 13 months on, I am the happiest I have ever been and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the guidance and support Sasha gave me :)

I initially started for looking for help at the beginning of 2021 as my postponed wedding was finally looking likely which of course I was delighted about but also really anxious, particularly about how I was going to look. I started going down negative thought patterns thinking about how what I needed to do to look my “best” on the day – I was thinking I needed to restrict and exercise more to get there. After 14/15 years of on-off restriction and purging I really didn’t want to go down this route again and realised changing how I looked on my wedding day is not going to help in the long term, I needed to change how I felt and my behaviours. I wanted to start the next chapter without this holding me back and definitely didn’t want to pass it on to any future children so I realised it was time to get help. Thankfully I found Sasha and her upcoming Food Freedom group programme. The group programme with Sasha was just amazing, so insightful and life-changing. It gave me insights about myself, our bodies and nutrition, support from peers and Sasha as well as tools to start to overcome my issues with food. I actually restricted less in the run up to the wedding than I probably have done in years (was going to say I didn’t restrict at all but I know there is unconscious/semi-conscious restricting still there), I didn’t alter my body and am starting to feel happier in my body. On the day I felt the happiest and most free I can remember feeling. My cheeks hurt for about a week after and my fear of everyone judging how I looked was ridiculous, the biggest complements were about how happy we looked. Big thanks to Sasha for your support and guidance and all the support of this group too!

I worked with Sasha 1:1 to help me with an eating disorder I've had for 16yrs and start my recovery over again after many attempts. I have learnt so much since working with Sasha- the tools she gave me and the reframing work we did are personalised and lifelong, not just quick in the moment fixes. Sasha REALLY knows how to approach recovery and despite me thinking I needed hard and fast rules (which is actually my unwell / ED voice needing control) I realised that healing is about healing your relationship with yourself first and why you behave the way you do which takes time and effort (not just focussing on food). I learnt how to compassionately react to difficult feelings and behaviours instead of with anxiety and punishment- which allowed space for my intuition to come through and guide me- I found this pivotal for making steps forward . Sasha used methods to help me start learning how to reconnect to myself, find who I am again and helped empower me to make my own choices whilst being a constant support throughout the process. It is hard work, but by using empowering tools and constantly reframing thoughts, I started to see little shifts. Sasha works from the root up and this approach has been the missing piece. For the first time I have hope that I will fully recover. I would highly recommend working with Sasha if you are looking to truly heal from food issues/ eating disorders, which also means healing the relationship with yourself and coming back to who you truly are. I 100% believe I wouldn’t have made it this far on my journey and this much progress mentally and physically without working with Sasha. I have been inpatient in the past for a long period of time, seen multiple therapists and only felt more disempowered, ‘ill’, confused and not able to see me living life. I now believe I am capable to have a life worth living, on my terms not anyone elses.
