I decided just over a year ago that I wanted to learn reiki. I believe reiki finds you when the time is right. I started an online course, but it just didn't feel right to me and was very structured. I decided to search for Reiki Masters in Southampton and I found Lisa. She is one of kindest, warmest most welcoming people I have ever met. I'm so glad that I made the decision to learn reiki 1 and 2 with her, as I think it's a really important decision about which Reiki Master attunes you. The day was beautifully wholesome, we drank herbal teas and atetreats whilst learning about Usui. We were each given an in depth manual which I still refer back to now for hand positions ect. The attunement was a hugely profound experience for me as I felt something literally pulled out of from sacral chakra. This energy is something I had held on to for long time and it no longer served me. After day reiki 1 attunement I was absolutely liberated, like a weight had been lifted. I felt really supported by Lisa and knew I could turn to her if I have an questions after my attunement. The reiki 2 was again a beautiful experience, it was a day filled with love and pure feminine energy, as this time it was all woman in the group. Again the attunement felt powerful, and I could feel the energy so strongly. We connected with each other, learnt the reiki symbols, and practiced reiki on each other at the end. A what'sapp group was set up after, and this was so helpful as we could check in with each other daily. Lisa and Pettina always keep in contact, and post beautiful quotes and keep us updated about upcoming events. Reiki has completely changed my life and I'm so glad I listened to my gut and completed the course in person with the energy of beautiful souls surrounding me. Thank you so much Lisa for all your light and love! 💫❤

My daughter who is 12 has been to Lisa on many occasions for 💫reiki. My daughter loves going to Lisa, falls into a deep relaxed state and leaves feeling free. I also have had beautiful reiki with Lisa, I too am a reiki master but sometimes it’s wonderful to lay back and be treated by another gifted reiki practitioner. Reiki Healing: What’s that then and how could that possibly help me? Reiki Healing is ‘Energy Healing’ from Japan. Friends had spoken highly about Lisa’s Reiki healing energy treatment at ‘Natural Healing the Reiki Way’. I decided to give it a try and went to my appointment not quite knowing what to expect. Lisa, a Reiki Master, welcomed me into her treatment room which I immediately found quite calming. I sat on the sofa while she explained what Reiki Healing was all about and exactly what she would be doing during the treatment. Music played softly in the room and as I lay down, I immediately felt very relaxed and comfortable. The treatment lasted about an hour during which time I relaxed more and more, almost drifting off to sleep. After my treatment I felt oh so relaxed and over the next few days I could feel muscles that I didn’t know I had starting to let go which began to reduce my joint and joint/muscle pain significantly. This is a treatment that I would recommend to everyone. Reiki treatment relaxes not only the body but the mind too. I had expected to be hit with the usual line of: ‘You’ll need weekly appointment for 6-8 weeks’ but all Lisa said was just to come back when I felt that I wanted to. No pushing and no hard sell like some treatment practices. I have made further appointments as the benefits are great; Reiki treatment is so much better than taking medications.

This was an incredible experience for me!💜 Lisa is an incredible Reiki healer!! 💖 During my session Lisa placed her hand on my back and I can only describe it as like a wave of tingling energy than ran through by back and down my legs. I felt all the tension drained from my body and as she restored my energy balance with her healing hands, I felt a twitching in certain muscles. She explained this was energy blockages clearing. It was an incredibly powerful experience and intially i felt exhausted but the next day I felt like a weight had been lifted ..... the immense stress I had been dealing with was shifting and my body felt lighter and more free!! 💜 I highly recommend this amazing lady and I will definitely be going back to see her. Thank you Lisa so much .
