However, having arrived on time and completing the job within the specified time frame, they exceeded those expectations. Friendly, professional service I would definitely recommend. I had a wooden floor installed by this company, however, immediately after installation we noticed it is extremely slippery. I can slide from one corner of room to another as on an icing ring. I contacted the company on many occasions, by emails and went there personally. They completely ignore me. Couple of months ago I slipped on it and dislocated my shoulder. My cleaner warned me that she is afraid to open the windows as she is scared she will slip and fall out. Also some of my guests slipped on it and now I warn everybody to be careful. I am not happy and currently looking into other options how to remedy the floor. I am extremely disappointed that as a local company they don’t care about customers Update: so the company contacted me after writing this review and after weeks of communication and empty promises they advised me to hire an independent inspector to prove how slippery the floor is. So I am facing an additional cost approximately £1500 but I am happy to do it to prove my point.

Really excellent customer service, with incredibly fast response times (thank you Duane!). We got a wide range of samples and then were delighted with the final product. The delivery turnaround time was amazing too - the product was all delivered about 36hrs after the order was placed. I'd highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in future. Fantastic company. Great selection in their showroom, no "pushy" sales, all relaxed. Ordered 90metres, installed 3 weeks later, and we love it. Duane in the showroom knows his stuff, Dave the boss has been in flooring all his life and will share so much knowledge, and his two sons do the fitting... on time, tidy and respectful of your home, and outstanding detail in the fitting.
