What service! After seeing an item out of stock on their website and unable to source it anywhere else in the UK, I contacted to ask if they would be getting anymore in. Georgia & Lorraine went above and beyond to help and actually found ONE remaining item in the store itself which they picked, packed & shipped immediately. The service provided by the team at NBS store in Bagshot is truly exceptional! We were looking for a car seat to fit in a very small car and the team went above and beyond our expectations to help us find the right solution. We spoke to a member of the team on the phone who shortlisted some options for us to try. We then followed up in store where another member of the team battled wind and rain to install various seats in the car for us so that we could try them for size. We were able to make a decision then and there, and the car seat arrived within two days. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was really stuck with some products I needed that weren't in stock and the staff helped me to sort it in store and that my items arrived within my time frame at my home without me having to come back. Great until you need to claim under warranty. Our car seat broke after less than 18 months. It was covered under the suppliers warranty but we were without it for over 4 weeks, when we were told it would be 7-10 days. It had to be sent back to Natural Baby Shower for them to send on to Cybex, and the same coming back. Trying to get updates on the process was painful, no one responded to the online chat and every time we phoned we were fobbed off with "we will pass it on to the warranties team" but they never phoned back when they said they would. Lovely shop to browse and helpful staff but next time we will go directly to the supplier to purchase.

Natural Baby Shower offer some of the best customer service I have seen across any brand or company. The staff are always eager to help and knowledgeable. They curate the products which saves the customer so much time from having to search the internet for good quality products. This is my go-to store for anything for my baby and is one less stressful thing to deal with as a mother. I can't recommend them enough. They also have nice discounts via an awards system and easy website navigation and buying experience.
