Rushed my girl into Natterjacks on Wednesday morning in a complete state of collapse. I was very doubtful she would be coming home. Amazingly she walked out that afternoon - a tad wobbly - but much recovered. I know a simple drip can make a huge difference but what impressed was the cooperation between all the staff, they knew what was needed without lots of shouted "instructions", the calm and reassuring efficiency, keeping me informed throughout... I know Natterjacks have a great reputation locally, let me tell you, it is well deserved!

I was worried about my cat Merlin I got an appointment really quickly same day as ringing. Merlin was checked all over very thoroughly. He was given a pain killing injection which has made him more comfortable and he has perked up. Provisional check appointment made in a couple of days if Merlin needs it. Very happy with the service 😊
