Natralight is one kind of frud company. They are taking big order and full amount-of deposit and than they are start behaving like unknown and they never give you response, never received your call or never give your order at time. Guys be careful this company . We have paid around £4700 for roof lights and now they are not answering us. We will start file a complaint. Thanks Dan Italia

This company have been an absolute nightmare to deal with for over a year. They have made fatal mistakes, taken no accountability, threatened to cease the project unless we pay them more money for THEIR mistakes. If I do not chase them, I do not hear from them. I am now in the process of taking legal action.

Natralight have recently fitted me with the most wonderful glazed sliding roofbox. I have had an extremely positive experience with them. I was not the easiest client, chaning the brief continually, and the space was not easy, needing quite an amount of design input on their behalf.
