Great little store, amazing organic produce, pricey but, you get what you pay for.

So disappointed Went in to get a few oranges just before closing. Found out they were blood oranges at home and some actually half way to the compost rather than edible. Gooey peel and undesirable texture I couldn’t inspect initially. Most disappointingly though is the fact that each one cost £2 which is roughly what you get from M&S for 4 super fresh oranges! I’d never visit them again ever!

They have a few nice products (not much that you can't find somewhere else), but some prices are ridiculous. The last time I went there (the store from Chiswick), I payed almost £25 for 2 mangoes (£18/kg). That's absurd! Unfortunately, I haven't checked the price before buying it; otherwise I would have given up to those products. The customer service is not impressive either; by contrary. When I went there for the first time, I actually heard another customer joking that every time they went there one of their favourite products was more and more expensive. Planet Organic and The Italians in Chiswick are much better options - a wider range of products, even better quality and the prices are not so exagerated. The business owner needs to rethink his strategy.

I have been a Natoora customer for a few years now, and have always had very good service. Yes, the produce is more expensive than supermarket bought, but it reflects the care which the producers have invested in their products. I lived in Paris for a few years a while back, and Natoora reminds me of the markets there, where fruits in season taste exactly as they should, and vegetables look like they have just been harvested from the field. Also, I like that I get to try new varieties of vegetables like tomatoes etc. My local Natoora is the one in Chiswick, and I have to say that the staff there are friendly and accessible

This was the gold standard when it first opened but the quality of the produce is dropping and converging with average grocery stores.
