Terrible experience with buying from this company. They have absolutely no idea about customer support, nothing! I bought a controller from their website which still has not arrived, it's been 17 day so far. I've asked for a refund by emailing their office in the UK, nothing. Then emailed the office in Germany, nothing. Then sent a complaint through their website, nothing. I challenge anyone to find a phone number for this company, you won't find one. So i'm still £260 down with no controller and no refund. I had to go to the store and buy a controller, so i had to spend another £260. I then tried to register the controller through Native Access, but they want a 20 digit serial number, and the controller has a 15 digit serial number. So i sent a message through their website again, and again nothing. So, to be clear, i've spent £520 and have nothing i can use to DJ with. No response from Native instruments. This is a terrible company and they have no idea about customer care. they simply do not care. Avoid at all costs.

Native Instruments has got to be, by far, the worst experience I've had compared to ReFX, Spectrasonics, EastWest, and Plug-in Alliance. I'm disappointed with what I thought was a company that provides top notch support for customers that spend ££££ on their products. Every single issue I've had so far has not been fault or mixup from my end. They take a long time to respond. When they do respond, its vague. They do not fully acknowledge the issue. If only their support was up to the same standard as their instruments.

Support is not good. Native access, the only way to download your products, seems to be notoriously bad. Forum support cannot provide an answer. Not at all happy as I'm on a deadline and can't get my DAW working yet.
