I recently stayed at the Native Hyde Park for the second time and it was a great experience overall. The hotel is well decorated and boasts a great location with easy access to public transportation, Hyde Park, and other attractions. Most importantly, I felt safe throughout my stay. The bathroom was lovely, as remembered, but compact like the bedroom itself (we did book the studio though). However, I'm admittedly being a bit picky here. The only downside for me was the mattress, which could have been more comfortable. Despite these minor quibbles, I would return and recommend the Native Hyde Park to anyone.

Staff was nice. But no hot water for 6 days. Toliet couldn’t flush right. Needed tape refrigerator door to keep closed. Sink was clogged. If it didn’t have those issues, location and staff are nice. But hot water shouldn’t have taken 6 days to fix

(Translated by Google) Liked · location is good close to paddington station and hyde park. it is not a tourist area but rather residential and hotelier. few restaurants within walking distance Disliked Definitely not a 4 star property. the photos do not represent the state of the establishment. the reception is well developed but the rooms are not comparable in quality. the elevator is dodgy, the floors dark with carpet. the apartment is large but poorly renovated. carpeted floor throughout laid over squeaky floor. our little boy was awakened by the noise of the ground. in the bedroom an old wooden wardrobe and a double bed in a corner. barely enough room to walk around the bed. to dress up the bedroom, a fabric headboard is screwed to the wall. overall dust on all sides of doors, wardrobe and headboard. the crib had blackened spots. the joints in the bathroom were blackened. we stayed 3 nights for 750€. no housekeeping is provided unless staying longer than a week. 2 toilet rolls were at our disposal and the conditioner was empty. to top it off the last day we had no hot water. 2 weeks after our trip, despite two e-mails, no feedback was given to us by the management. for a hotel listed as 4 stars and at this price per night where we thought we would be comfortable with our 8 month old boy, it is largely disappointing.

Reception staff were great, no complaints - very friendly and welcoming. Stayed in a ‘studio’ room. I will say that the bed was impeccably made, which gives me the impression that whilst the staff are great, they are doing the best with what they’ve got. Furniture covered in stains, wood chipped, walls scratched, dusty(!) kitchen utensils, broken doors, cracked tiles, broken sprinkler. It was super depressing. Stayed an hour or so and checked out to go to a different hotel.

Great location. Lobby/reception area is really nice. Service is miserable. The floorboards all squeak so expect a noisy night. They do not provide cleaning service if stay is less than 8 nights. Not what we expected for the high £375/night. Also ceilings were really low in our one bed apartment. Felt like a converted HMO not a boutique apartment.
