They don’t collect it. Just use you to store the vehicle until the next job, making you responsible. A 7.5t truck was supposed to be collected Monday morning. Nobody came until Friday at 17:50. Do not use. Overpriced and unprofessional.

good service overall but they have charge me twice for the same invoice and now I have to deal with the hassle of sending them e mails to complain and have my money back. I had done a bank transfer the same day that I received the invoice ( £545.47) and then I have been charged again a few days later directly from my card. They should check if payment has been done before taking it from your card and also they should facilitate to solve the problem straight away on the phone instead of asking me to send e mail to customer service and having to wait who knows how long.

Have been hiring from Nationwide for the last 4 months and over all have had a very good experience with the company . i have found the staff friendly and helpful . The delivery of the vans has been very good with a few hiccups due to transport strikes . Home delivery and pick-up has been a real help to me and i will continue to use this company .
