Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. communication with anyone is virtually impossible, when you do get through they say they will back to you but they never do. They treat staff like they do not exist, selfish company who only look out for themselves. Started well in the first two weeks, no complaints from staff on site nor did I have any problems with attendance or punctuality or any other issue. I was given a full time contract and full rota and after 2 weeks they just kept removing shift after shift. Until I was left with nothing, they don’t call or text to notify you of shift changes. They either add shifts at really short notice or remove them at short notice. If you value peace and contentment, stay away from this Company

Great company to work with. Having them cover security of our primary site in the Leeds area has certainly given me piece of mind. There have been many issues over the years from flooding of the site through to genuine alarm activations. All very quick to respond and incredibly thorough through all their processes. Having worked with many security companies throughout the UK, I have the most confidence in Nationwide for sure.
