Nation serve were employed by my insurance company to do emergency repairs to my workshop roof. In doing so they damaged my garage roof joining to the workshop.to such an extent that the garage roof leaks so badly that the equipment within are severely damaged. On complaining they returned and made even bigger bodge than previously. They have refused to make good the damage to date.

We had a leak and all the floor throughout had to be taken up. Darren came and done the survey and explained what was needed to be done. His team delivedered with a very high standard of work. It was done during lockdown which was more stressful for them than for me as to try and get the materials. We allways felt reassured by darren and his team.Andrea and Reece i n the office is brilliant as well. U just mention your name and they knew all about the work in hand and was always very friendly.Would highly recommend Darren his team at nationserv

These guys are amazing! They came in to carry out work after i had a water escape which was a stressful experience in it self. My first time dealing with insurance and repairs of this nature.The guys in the office Paul,Joe and Reece were so nice to talk to they listened and helped me through the whole process.The builders painters etc... Bob, Gary, Terry Lee and his boys were brilliant so professional, cleaned up after the work and most importantly they were al reliable. They made me laugh too which helps to lighten the mood at a difficult time. What also was great is that they use good quality stores for their materials. All the repairs were done on time and carried out to an excellent standard. So all i have left to say that they are a great company and i am a happy customer.
