SHOCKING experience, made an appointment to come and fix my windowscreen to be told i had to go in and then when i got there, the engineer was out at someones house doing a repair. then had to wait around for over an hour when there was an appointment given. whats the point? to top it off theyre unprofessional

If I had a choice, I would NOT use this place ever again. Insurance sent me to them all seemed well until I realised wipes were not fitted correctly, followed by a lot of my trim they had to remove, never mind the fact that they broke my dab antenna and didn tell me. After making a complaint, I did not hear back from them surprise surprise.
