The booking process was a nightmare. Lost a booking, made a second in Newcastle on Tyne when I live in Newcastle Under Lyme. Third booking OK. It's my wife's car, so it was a few days before I saw it in the daylight. There was a bubble over the wiper sensor (40mm x 20mm). Customer services failed to return calls or answer emails. I finally managed to call the Stafford office, who arranged for another appointment. On arrival, the fitter had to ask my wife what the problem was. My wife decided to call me so I could explain. He sounded rude and abrupt and was obviously happy to ignore the bubble. Apparently, he was the original fitter) He repaired the sensor/bubble, and I'll check on Saturday in the daylight.
