Just wanted windscreen seal replaced due to water coming inside the cabin. I was rudely told they only fix chips or cracks. Really? If you pull windscreen due to crack, are you not then resealing glass anyways? What a joke. This was a job that was not being put through my insurance, so they would benefit from a cash deal.

Have tried to book 3 times. First my window screen was smashed, fair enough cannot be helped. Then I booked a morning appointment due to the weather when it was dry in the morning, I was told that I was wrong and I booked an afternoon appointment which I knew I didn't but still was pleasant and accepted another appointment. Now I have phoned up this morning to 're arrange another appointment and I said' auto windscreen' by mistake to which the operator went on about were national windscreen I said well whatever you are I'd like to re book my appointment then she carried on talking about auto windscreens after to which point I had to say are you being funny? I just said the words wrong that's all and she still carried on! I had to tell her I am paying for this phone call can we just re book! And she had me up on the screen the whole time. Unbelievable service if I acted like that in my work I wouldn't have a job to go back to. Brush up on customer service think her name was Sarah but hey I've probably got that wrong n all! Btw still waiting for it to be done was said it was being squeezed into tomorrow.... we shall see. The second star is for the expectation of the actually windscreen I just hope from the other reviews at least that is good.
