Absolutely awful service, originally booked 6 weeks ago only to be let down after 3 weeks and told on the day they had no glass. Booked again for another 3 week wait only to be called on the day to be asked to go to the shop, was told 40/50 minutes wait and still here after 1hr 30mins, still waiting. Branch of the Year 2018 - 2019, not surprised they haven't won it more recently! Service: Auto windshield replacement

All in all very good experience ive had with National Windscreens. They came when they said they would. Didn't disrupt my plans and did a good job. The only issue I had was the heated screen (Ford) didn't work but they are returning this weekend to sort out for me.

Weather was -4c on the day young man came about 2.30. I made the man a cup of tea before starting which was cold with in mins he worked hard to finish the job as soon as possible a good 2 hours had passed not quite finish offered him a second cup of tea refused as he had 2 more job that day. What a star bless him thinking of his customers waiting 5 star worker.

Fast and efficient. They fixed a rather large chip in 25 minutes and you'd be hard pushed no notice the tiny smudge left in its place. Only downside is the call centre. Very slow in answering calls, leaving you on hold for an eternity and sometimes even disconnecting the phone! This is nothing new though, there must be a way they make money from doing this as every single company employees this tactic.
