We had a large stone chip which turned into a full top to bottom crack. Contacted our insurance and they gave us this place to take it too. Slightly nervous from the reviews but these were wholly unfounded. We had impeccable service, extremely polite, professional and friendly. It took just 2 hours for them to replace the windscreen and recalibrate the sensors. No marks, chips, scratches or issues with our car once returned. Highly recommended.

Call centre operators, particularly the ones based in Lincoln hang up on you when you try to ring them regarding updates. This happened to me 3 times in one day! Rearrange jobs on the day despite agreeing times that work for both parties. And also order the wrong screens despite coming out and seeing the vehicle themselves meaning you wait even longer! Had to reschedule this screen replacement 3 times over the last 2 weeks. Absolutely not acceptable and the worst run business i’ve ever used. Service: Auto windshield repair
