    was told that i would have my window repaired by them, was given an appointment for my car rear passenger window to be replaced in 10 days time, and the person on the phone who booked me in cancelled it and told me that it will get done a lot quicker as it is more of an emergency. I spoke to the hoddesdon branch who in return basically tried to make me an even longer wait and gave me an appointment to go there and fix it 2 days later than originally given to me. I explained what was said and that i needed it done sooner, and was told that it would be done a lot more sooner than that. so now i have to find alternative places to get it done and pay out a lot more due to them giving me false information. the operative on the phone was 0 help and was basically like sorry but thats how long you gotta wait.0 empathy, 0 care. This being said.... I will never recommend this company nor want to use them again ever... to be so care free when your meant to be there as a service to help people is disgusting. ontop of the stress of having a broken window and it being rainy at present, the fact that ive had to deal with somebody breaking into my car already and being told i have to leave it for nearly 2 weeks unsecure like that aswell.I have to deal with customer service agents who actually dont care and dont care about showing you this fact. Left the conversation feeling more stressed out, worried and with a ÂŁ240 bill to pay elsewhwre if i want it done sooner... Ive had problems with my insurance company, and the fact that they put me through to this company jus proves to me how bad they are, 2 bad companies dont make a good one... Terrible service, and if thats how it is trying to get appointment id dread to think what their actual appointment would be like... by reading other reviews, i guess ive saved myself anyway!!!

    Great service, cracked windscreen with lane keeping changed and calibrated at the centre in a few hours. It is at a location with no amenities so plan your journey. Hoddesdon town centre is about 20 minutes walk.

    Had a passenger window needing replaced. Waited nearly 2 weeks for someone to come out and do it. When a young lad came to do it, the lining for the window was up and down and not straight. There was a bolt found on the floor and was actually for the passenger door which never got put back. Also couldn’t put my window down as the glass was scratching the old glass which the lad never even bothered hoovering out. Spoken to other garages about the job and they couldn’t believe an actual windscreen company did this. Wanted the job done again, however was told I had to wait another week. So going elsewhere.     I have contacted national windscreens for rear windscreen replacement of my car on 20th Dec. Appointment was given to me on 30th Dec. On 29th, national windscreens has realised that they don’t have the item stock with them. They have asked me to pay the excess upfront for them to place the order, promising me that the work will be done in 3-4 working days. I have waited again assuming the work will be done by 6th of Jan. By 4th of Jan after multiple calls, Finally I got an update that it will take 3 more weeks for the work to be done. I contacted another vendor and got the work done privately in just 2 days. Thankfully they have refunded the excess they have charged. This was a really bad experience I had with National windscreens and I won’t suggest for anyone. 1. No proper process followed to ensure whether they have the stock available before the appointment. 2. No proper update given to the customer on timely manner 3. Charged excess in advance 4.
