Terrible experience. Everyone was rude. The nearest booking was a 3 week wait and when the day came, firstly the workshop wasn’t even opened up when I arrived. No one wanted to help 😂 and then it turns out, my windscreen hadn’t even arrived ? Which I didn’t understand. So, Id booked for a windscreen replacement 3 weeks in advance and ended up with a resin repair which I’m not sure will pass the MOT :/ and, they still charged me £25, even though I’d claimed a full windscreen replacement through my insurance. So they would have received more than enough money from the insurance company, and they charged me too anyway ? If I’d had the replacement, it would have cost me £100 because “nah the insurance cover the most part and you just have to pay the rest” so how come I still had to pay £25 ? Surely they had enough from the insurance? Definitely scamming haha do NOT go here Service: Auto windshield repair

Booked a windscreen replacement about a month in advance through my insurance. I got a call from them the morning of the repair apologising saying they couldn't locate the glass, there were no managers on duty and the system was down, but they would call back ASAP when they were on their way. Waited all day, no one showed. I tried ringing twice and the call just rang out, didn't even get to voicemail. I tried ringing the main store throughout the next day but couldn't get past the holding music. Do not recommend.

Fitter turned up to replace my windscreen, it was raining. Asked if he had a canopy, he said not all vans were provided with them. Job aborted. Spoke to Crawley, very much a take it or leave it attitude, person very surley. Use autoglass, much more professional!

I booked these people via my insurer (Tesco) to replace my car windscreen. The wait was over three weeks which I thought was excessive but took a slot anyway. I booked the day off work at my expense. The night before I got a message asking what car I owned? Even though in the same thread they had my car plate and the details of the car? I assumed something had gone wrong and got a message on the following day saying they were searching for a windscreen (even though they'd had over three weeks to organise). It's now nearly 5.30, ive waited in all day, I'm minus a days wages, my car windscreen is still cracked. Not happy. Service: Auto windshield repair

Needed the rear quart window fixed on my polo. I called around 4/5 companies to check what the cost price was. National Windscreens were not the cheapest but they were a close second and a third of the cost of Autoglass which wanted close to £800. NWC did however manage to order the window within 2 days of my request and we're able to fit/fix it through my insurance company by just paying the excess, half the price of the cost price. David from Portsmouth branch came and did the job, he was very polite, efficient and informative. The window is still in place 2 weeks later so I guess he did a great job.
