very polite. I was running late due to train times and they still saw me very quickly! And the women in there were so lovely, the nurse I saw after the scan was very comforting and spoke through everything perfect she made me feel very reassured. What was a panicking and scary and upsetting situation for me turned out to be alot easier with the lady who had made me feel so comfortable before leaving they don't judge you, they answer all your questions you have and take the time to do so aswell. Thank you! I can’t thank these women enough they were so caring and honest right from my very first consultation. Due to recent diagnosis of a health condition I needed to make the decision that was right for both me, my partner and our future. I was so emotional but these women made it so much easier. They answered every question I had, and took the time with me to understand the process. They also have an out of hours number too which is open 24/7. This was so useful especially when you’re in pain and alone. There’s no judgement and everyone was very genuine like speaking to an older sister. For what might be one of the most difficult decisions you can make, NUPAS really do make it that bit easier. Within 48 hours of my consultation everything was sorted. They understood the urgency and were caring and considerate. They were also the quickest with scans/appointments/treatments out of all the places that BPAS told me to contact. The aftercare nurses were also super helpful and kind. Thank you for making this that little bit easier.

I was really anxious going in, I was completely alone and had read some of these reviews which made me panic a lot. The first phone call the woman was wonderful, so helpful and gave me instructions, lots of advice and offered additional support (counselling). Then I went in to the manchester clinic and felt instantly calmer, after the person on the front door complimented my nails, I know it sounds silly but in that moment it was just what I needed. The wait was quick and after a consultation, I was given more advice, information and a little book, and knew exactly what and what not to do. After Id started taking the pills I rang up, as I needed some reassurance because I had been sick and was worried it wouldn’t have worked. The phone call was very helpful and the woman was very kind. I just wanted to leave a bit of a detailed review so if someone else was feeling the anxiety I was they might have a bit more insight.

When i went there first time the staff were good but the male doctor who was there in saturday was really sarcadtic and rude to me i told him that i feel anxious but he made some rude comment hr made me feel worse it was very bad experience
