Sand point itself is beautiful however, the car park is a disaster.. cars bottoming out in the pot holes and general disrepair of the car park.. The parking app is flaky at best and I could not find a way of using my membership card to "pay" for parking. Also dog poo everywhere on lower bits... The National trust really need to do better with the car park...

20 mins for drinks to be brought over, Food was barely edible, chewy, over cooked, and raw . Are your cooks afraid to cook onion rings ?? Every single time we've had them, we haven't eaten them as they are raw ! Couldnt get hold of a staff member long enough to make a complaint. No one asked how are meal was, we were sat with dirty plates for 15 mins. And no, it wasn't busy in the slightest.
