I was looking for a suit quickly on Tuesday (28th June) for a wedding tomorrow (2nd July) found one but the suit jacket would be 2-3 working days it was advertised! Just found out today (Friday) that it’s not actually due until next week and there’s nothing they can do about it! Absolutely shocking! I mean I know I left it last minutes but it’s like false advertising! If it takes 5-6 working days advertise it with that! It was okay I'd not been in a Next for some considerable time but was impressed with the quality of men's clothing. However my biggest delight was I discovered they still sell bootleg jeans, albeit on line only and as I am a gentleman of a certain age they still to be more suitable.

Bought a dressing gown at Next York on returning home found empty sweet wrappers in the pockets and hair grips. Obviously it had been worn. Customer service offered a £10 voucher. Will be returning to the store for a refund! With COVID still about not great customer care!
