I went to Kingston Lacy with my wife and youngest daughter today. We had an excellent guided tour round the gardens before visiting the house. All the furniture was as it was when the house was passed to the National Trust. Well worth a visit if you like visiting NT properties.

Claim to be dog friendly, but will not go again. Very limited on where you can go with the dog, unable to buy a drink at the cafe, or walk behind the house. Not worth stopping there.
