A lovely spot spoilt by having to pay to park using an online app. Almost an hour of buggering aboit with their payment app timing out due to poor mobile reception on top of south downs. 7 confirmations of payment with my banking app...one complete transaction with paybyphone app. I can see a £3 parking cost being £21 in a weeks time. The helpline number to pay that way just hung up each time I rang it.
