Parked at Frensham Little Pond which is a National Trust car park. Members free, others pay and display. Started off round the pond and walked across heath and pine woods up to Kettlebury Hill along the ridge and back. Great walk, lovely woods and heaths. Mostly soft sandy paths which gave me a good workout walking on them! Dogs off lead most of way apart from crossing roads. Although if you have dogs that run onto heath etc. you would have to out them on lead due to ground nesting birds at this time of year. Well worth a visit, highly recommended.

A perfect place to visit at anytime of year. When the weather is good it's a wonderful location for a picnic. No BBQs are permitted. A walk around the pond takes around an hour. The official car park is managed by Pay by Phone. Non National Trust members are expect to pay just over 3 pounds for 2 hours. Just past the car park is a Ford, it's great to go through in the car. There is a beach area where the young ones can paddle too.

Very pleasant sandy shrubland around a beautiful lake. There were a lot of things you were not allowed to do! Eg no swimming, cycling, dogs in water, and a few others, I’m pretty sure you’re not allowed to launch a paddleboard either, I suppose all the nos keep it peaceful, but they would be fun to do!
