Robust walk over Dinton Park followed by circling Philipps House. Unfortunately the house is not open nor does NT have interior views on their site. Slight air of mystery.

Building is in a bad state of decay, there needs to a solution to allow private owners to exploit the buildings and park lands. While the local people can accept the need for investment.

The "waymarked" trail is delightful but could benefit with some vegetation clearance and maintenance, and attention to the waymarking. I suspect few people use the trail, which is a shame. The park appears to be mainly used by people to allow their dogs to roam uncontrolled.

Beautiful place but paths not well defined for visitors. Shame that the Phillips' House was closed - it almost looked abandoned.
