Wonderful historic house and gardens! Very kind, helpful National Trust staff in each room. Excellent Cafe with tasty food and snacks, plus icecream. Secondhand book shop and gift shop on site. Easy parking! The gardens and lake are beautiful with verious seats around the pathways! Nice to meet the resident tabby cat "Aerial" We visited in May 2023. It was a lovely sunny day! Highly recommended!
