If I could give zero stars I would! The staff themselves are great! All very helpful and polite, but who I think was a manager there is something else. The way that he speaks to his poor staff is unbelievable! Really belittling them and talking down to them! Shocking! And when a customer (me) was in the store too and could hear everything. Form what I could hear the workers hay not even done anything wrong! I expressed my disliking of his manner to his staff when I was leaving! Needless to say k didn’t buy anything and will not return!

What very helpful staff here. I am new to all this, and they were there to answer all my questions. And a lovely man called Steve helped me carry my heavy goods to my car, what a gent. Great custermer service from all the staff. Very approachable and the manager should feel very lucky and proud to have such great staff there. Thank you for such beautiful tiles too!

Won't shop here again, went in 23/10, all three staff leaning on a pallet of tiles all on their phones, wasn't even acknowledged. Looked for 4 boxes of tiles, started to pick them up realising every box had broken tiles in. No assistance offered so walked out, only acknowledged on way out. Spent my money in Wickes instead. Your loss.
